REFUND POLICY

Unless otherwise stated explicitly on the page for an event registration or recording, the following refund policy applies to all purchases made from the Oregon chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (OACFE).

  1. Unless proven to be defective, all sales of recordings held or maintained by the OACFE are final and no refund shall be offered or available.
  2. A full refund for any OACFE event registration will be sent to the purchaser if they cancel their registration at least 7 days prior to the beginning of the event for which they registered.
  3. A partial refund of 50% of the registration fee for any OACFE virtual event will be sent to the purchaser if they cancel their registration in less than 7 days, but before 24 hours of the start of the event.
  4. A partial refund of 50% of the registration fee for any OACFE in-person event will be sent to the purchaser if they cancel their registration in less than 7 days, but before 48 hours of the start of the event.
  5. No refunds are available or will be issued to a purchaser if they cancel their registration within 24 hours of the start of any virtual event.
  6. No refunds are available or will be issued to a purchaser if they cancel their registration within 48 hours of the start of any in-person event.
  7. If the OACFE is forced for any reason to cancel an event on its own, full refunds will be sent to all registration purchasers.
