Refund Policy:

    1.   Bi-Monthly Lunch Events: If requested more than 48 hours prior to the start of any monthly lunch event, registration fees will be refunded, less a $10 processing fee. If requested less than 48 hours prior to the start any monthly lunch event, no refunds are available.

    2.   Spring and Fall Conference: Cancellations submitted at least 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund minus the $75 processing fee. Cancellations submitted after this date are non-refundable. All cancellations must be submitted via e-mail to [email protected] Please allow two weeks for processing. Registrants who cancel will not receive seminar materials.

    Registration substitutions may be permitted. Substitutions must be submitted 48 hrs prior to the start of the conference via e-mail to be considered. Please contact Shanan at [email protected] with your substitution request. Refunds will not be provided for registrants who do not attend the conference.

    Please note that circumstances beyond the control of the conference organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. Therefore, the OACFE reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on the conference web site as soon as possible.

    3.   No refunds are available on membership dues.
